My years of experience working as a preschool teacher, and more recently as a Kindergarten teacher, have given me invaluable insight as to what a child needs to succeed in school. I am also embarking on this journey into preschool with my own son, so I will be facing many of the same issues as most parents today. Children are my passion; I absolutely love their inquisitive nature and their vibrant energy.

I graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, however I quickly realized that business was not my true passion. I went back to school and completed the additional courses necessary to obtain my professional certificate to teach Elementary Education. Since giving birth to my daughter in 2009, I have had the privilege of staying home with my children. I wouldn’t trade these moments together for anything.

As your child enters into the world of preschool and slowly increases his independence, he will be filled with enthusiasm as he faces new challenges and confidence as he conquers his fears. It is my goal to prepare you for what lies ahead and assist you with any concerns or questions you may have along the way.
