Daylight Saving Time begins on March 14th this year, and if you're anything like me, it usually results in a week of cranky kids and missed naps. So, in the hopes of avoiding that chaos, start today by setting your clock ahead 5 minutes and continuing for the next two weeks, until you are exactly one hour ahead. You will have to adjust meals, naps, and bedtimes, but it will hopefully be much easier with only 5 minute increments each day. I'm going to try it too. Let me know how it works!
